2 Bathrooms Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this newly renovated private home in the Hudson Valley. Spend your day hiking, visiting the local antique shops and restaurants or simply enjoy the tranquility of the house. An open kitchen, dining and living room is the perfect space for enjoying time with friends and family. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax and unwind. The house is located about 10 minutes from the quaint towns of High Falls and Stone Ridge.
The house is a 1 level house full of windows that let in the natural light and is just minutes away from all you need to make your get away memorable. The bedrooms include 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and 1 cozy bedroom with a twin bed that has a trundle pull out (I recommend this room for 1 adult or 2 children- please note the space is tight with the trundle bed pulled out). Upon entering you will find an open concept living area including a kitchen with a viking range, large dining area a large cozy reading/rest nook and a tv area. A washer and dryer is available for your use. The property is surrounded by greenery making it feel private . Outside you will find plenty of space to enjoy with a new front patio as well as a back yard with hammock, fire pit and grill. The kitchen has all cooking essentials and basic pantry goods such as coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and pepper. Bed linens and towels are provided as well. There is strong wifi, a smart tv (no cable) and a wireless speaker.
**Please note any extended stays over 2 weeks will require an additional $125 cleaning fee for every 2 weeks- does not include laundry or changing of linens. Paid separately.
The house is located on a quiet country road just a short drive from the neighboring towns of High Falls, Stone Ridge and Kerhonkson. Be sure to visit the local farms for great food and drinks. Westwind Orchard and Arrowwood Farm are just minutes away. Take in the incredible view and sunset at Inness.
For anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the area there are endless options for hiking and biking. Mohonk preserve is 15 minutes away where you will find many hiking trails for all levels. If you are looking for an easy trail to run, bike or hike the Rest Plaus O&W Rail Trail is just 5 minutes away.

The house is located on a quiet country road. The property is private as it is surrounded by greenery. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down. Be sure to drive carefully as many people bike and walk on the road. There is room to turn around in the driveway if cars are parked accordingly. If backing out of the driveway please do so slowly and check surroundings as cars to do come around the turn on the road. The water is filtered well water and is perfectly fine to drink- at times it may have a smell of sulfur.
