3 Bathrooms The Riverview Terrace House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Kingston NY overlooking the beautiful Hudson River. Just an hour and forty five minutes from NYC it is the perfect get away for family and friends. We welcome you to enjoy the house with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool open during summer months thru Labor Day and a hot tub open year round. Centrally located between uptown Kingston and Rhinebeck you will have access to the all of the great amenities the area has to offer.
The house is perfect for entertaining and hosting friends and family. The living room is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the view of the pool overlooking the Hudson River. There is a large dining room with a wood burning fireplace and a separate office area with a desk for anyone that needs a private work space. The pool is open during summer months thru Labor Day.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Hudson River. Just 15 minutes in either direction to Uptown Kingston, Kingston Waterfront or Rhinebeck. In the winter enjoy skiing just 45 to 60 minutes away at the nearby ski resorts of Windham, Hunter and Bellayre. The local towns offer something for everyone. If you are looking for outdoor adventure, shopping at local boutiques, historical walks or culinarian experiences this is the perfect location for you! children must be supervised outside and near the pool and hot tub at all times
be respectful of neighborhood - keep noise level to a minimum
no pets allowed in pool or hot tub
no pets on furniture
clean up after pets both inside and outside of house
keep house clean and well maintained
upon checkout - run dishwasher, leave used beds unmade and place used towels on the floor in the laundry room or in hampers provided
If you are traveling with a pet it is recommended that they wear a tick collar for their protection.
It is recommended to have a car when visiting the Hudson Valley. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.
